Sunken Living Room and Dining Room
Our goal was to create clean lines with the finished product, we put in a false beam rafter and wall caps, that compliment the window sills making it seem more uniform between the transition from the sunken living room to the dining area.

Re-Staining Intricate Railing
In order to get a uniform finish on this, we used a wire brush then a dust brush to clean all visible surfaces. Since there were a lot of surfaces it took a while to prep and stain, but after doing two coats of stain we were able to achieve a uniform coverage and look.

Ornamental Arch Over Entryway
The arch is purely ornamental, the roof is supported by the posts and soffit, but the client wanted to have a beam feature on the front of the house. Our goal was to create something interesting with a curve, and to make it seem like it was helping hold up the roof without it actually doing so. The arch was created by cutting an oversized beam into shape.

Lock Miter Beam and Wall Cap
We started by taking off the old wall and beam cap, then we made the new lock miter caps. They wanted the fasteners to be hidden so figuring out how to do it in a way that hid them took time, it was extremely important to put them in in a specific order.

Siding Replacement
The client wanted a new cement board siding to reduce the risk of fire, they wanted to replace their cedar board siding, wanting it to look similar but with better fire resistance. In order to meet energy requirements and just better insulation in general, we had to add some in. We put in new windows and low E radiant barrier on the roof along with new shingles on the roof.

Staircase Renovation
To renovate this staircase we had to replace the plywood underlayment, raised the handrail height to meet code, and put in LVP flooring with a flush mount bull nose stair nosing. We also covered up a hole in the staircase that had a view into the master bedroom.

Guest Bedroom Remodel
We remodeled this guest bedroom, by putting in a three way drywall wrap on the windows with a painted sill, painted the doors putting on new handles and knobs, replaced the closet track and hardware, added in a baseboard and LVP flooring along with a smoke detector.

Bench Refurnishing
The client wanted the wood replaced on their bench, the metal frame was in amazing condition, so we took some hardwood milled them then reattached them to the frame, after we attached the pieces in the middle of the bench it was able to stand on its own so we could finish putting the rest in. The client wanted to stain it themselves, they used Australian timber oil, honey teak stain.

Bathroom Remodel
We remodeled this bathroom, we took out the lights, vanity and medicine cabinet. Then replaced the top piece of door casing with square corners painting it all to the same color, there used to be an accordion door between the toilet and wash room we took it out. New cabinets with a new sink, countertop, and mirror. We custom made the piece that holds the mirror in and connected it to the countertop to make it look seamless like the mirror was built in originally.

Living Room Remodel
This client wanted us to remodel their living room. We put in a baseboard, LVP flooring, mini-split system, new light fixtures, took out the wood stove and stone surround, put in four new windows, patched up the drywall and painted. While we were remodeling we found that there needed to be more structural security so we added in some extra supports to a joist in the ceiling to ensure it.

Kitchen Remodel
For this remodel we needed to take out all of the cabinet drawers and door faces, put in new knobs and handles, and paint them. We put in a new sink and countertop, we replaced the light fixtures, painted the door to match the colors, put in a new baseboard and LVP flooring.

Master Bedroom Remodel
Our client wanted us to remodel their master bedroom, we covered up a hole in the wall which looked directly into the room, replaced their sliding door that used to lead to a deck, but it was falling so we cut off the deck and made it into a fixed window to view the mountain. We replaced their window with a cleaner minimal rectangle window with a slider. Detached Garage Build

Flume Build
The client wanted us to replace the flume on their property, the original was made out of redwood and lasted quite a while, but eventually wood around water rots, they wanted to be able to control how much water was going downstream or to the pond. Since we were messing with a creek we had to get permission from fish and game, divert the creek then start our work.
