Guest House Repainting

The guest house paint color had faded over the years, the homeowner wanted us to repaint it to be a more neutral color. The paint had started to peel off onto the fiber cement in areas with high water exposure, so we used a peel bonding primer so that the paint would stick better. We used three coats to get the color the homeowner wanted since it dries transparent.
