Hardie Soffit and Vulcan Vents

WIP photo of creating a fire resistant soffit, using hardie fiber cement soffit panels on top of the plywood soffit creates a noncombustible surface. The vulcan vents that are sealed with fire rated intumescent sealant help keep embers out of the soffit and vent system.
