Remodeling Project, Month 1

We started onsite work, we surveyed the area and noted that we needed to remove some trees and widen the access road so that we could effectively work. We started by patching up a leak in the roof, and starting on the renovation to make the woodshed into a pump house. We replaced the toilets and had a plumber come out to make sure everything is in order and to get his opinion on it. By the middle of the month we got the trees cut down, widened the access road and had completed the pump house. We have framed the pass through into the master bedroom and we found some moisture between the panes of the guest bedroom meaning it will need to be replaced, for the windows not needed to be replaced we have insulated them and insulated the living room. We finished off the month by prepping the windows that are to be replaced to be taken out, and removed the window jambs.
